It was a great time in Arinsal. The place was clean and we loved the suite. The staff were amiable and friendly, giving us good recommendations. The provided service was terrific.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Ski schools and the ski lifts to the Pal Arinsal ski area. There were big size rooms for the equipment.

I came here for 7 nights and had a really great stay. Double room in a contemporary industrial style was the best. The atmosphere created was QUIET. The hotel has excellent location right by the Andorran capital. It also was to a practical stop.

The location of this place is fantastic, being right next to the slopes, restaurants, and ski lift.

The hotel also provided ski lockers and transfers to other mountains, which we found out about when we asked. It would have been even better if this information was included in the welcoming information before our arrival. Despite this, we still had exclusive access to Ordino before other guests, accompanied by the resort's head. I highly recommend this hotel for a great ski vacation.

For the price we paid, Ushuaia, The Mountain Hotel was definitely worth it. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cool industrial style. The location was perfect, right next to the chair lift, making it super easy to start and finish our skiing days. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the chair lift to the slopes. We also appreciated the convenience of the ski shop in the hotel and the free ski storage in the garage. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided excellent service when I injured myself and needed crutches, bringing food and drinks to my room and assisting with any needs.

The breakfast buffet could have been improved, especially during the weekdays when there were fewer guests. the options were a little lackluster, although the weekend breakfast spread was much better.

We had an amazing Christmas holiday at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The rooms were spacious and modern, with big windows and balconies offering beautiful views. The location couldn't have been better, right on the slopes and with easy access to the chairlift. We loved the fact that the hotel had ski lockers included, making it convenient to store our equipment. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of food including a full English breakfast and delightful pastries. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back.

The noise from the kids area and lobby in the evening could get quite loud and echo throughout the hotel, which was a bit annoying especially at night. , the hotel was a bit of a trek from the main resort, so if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, this may not be the best choice.

We loved how convenient this hotel was for skiing - located right next to the slopes, the ski lifts and the ski schools. Additionally, the transportation links were excellent with bus stops directly outside the hotel making access to the rest of the town and the capital, convenient and easy. The hotel itself was always clean and the staff were friendly.
